In order to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, we are hereby notifying you that the Private Colleges and Universities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the offices of Alston & Bird LLP, located at One Atlantic Center, 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. Any persons attending the meeting by one of the above methods shall state that they are there to attend the meeting of the Authority.
At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) pricing results and a Supplemental Bond Resolution, among other transaction documents, related to the proposed issuance of the Private Colleges and Universities Authority Revenue Bonds (Mercer University Project), Series 2021; (ii) the Treasurer’s Report of the Authority, including the approval of certain invoices by the Authority; (iii) approval of the Minutes from the May 5, 2021 meeting of the Authority; and (iv) other business of the Authority.
