In order to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, we are hereby notifying you that the Private Colleges and Universities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an in-person meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at the offices of Alston & Bird LLP, located at One Atlantic Center, 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
Any persons attending the meeting shall come to the 49th floor of One Atlantic Center and state that they are there to attend the meeting of the Authority.
At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) the consideration of a Bond Purchase Agreement and a Supplemental Bond Resolution for the benefit of The Corporation of Mercer University; (ii) approval of the Minutes from the May 27, 2026 meeting of the Authority; and (iii) other business of the Authority.
