Re: May 27, 2026 Meeting of the Private Colleges and Universities Authority
In order to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, we are hereby notifying you that the Private Colleges and Universities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an in-person meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at the offices of Alston & Bird LLP, located at One Atlantic Center, 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
Any persons attending the meeting shall come to the 49th floor of One Atlantic Center and state that they are there to attend the meeting of the Authority.
At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) an application for the issuance of revenue bonds for the benefit of The Corporation of Mercer University, including the consideration of an Inducement Resolution and a Bond Resolution; (ii) approval of the Minutes from the March 12, 2026 meeting of the Authority; (iii) the 2025 Audit report and presentation; and (iv) other business of the Authority.
