In order to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, we are hereby notifying you that the Private Colleges and Universities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an in-person meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at the offices of Alston & Bird LLP, located at One Atlantic Center, 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
Any persons attending the meeting shall state that they are there to attend the meeting of the Authority.
At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) pricing related to the issuance of Revenue Bonds for the benefit of The Corporation of Mercer University; (ii) approval of Bond Purchase Agreement and Supplemental Resolution for issuance of bonds for the benefit of The Corporation of Mercer University; (iii) approval of the Minutes from the January 11, 2024 meeting of the Authority; (iv) treasurer’s report and (v) other business of the Authority.
