In order to comply with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, we are hereby notifying you that the Private Colleges and Universities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an in-person meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025 at the offices of Alston & Bird LLP, located at One Atlantic Center, 49th floor, 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
Any persons wishing to attend the meeting shall state that they are there to attend the meeting of the Authority.
At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) new proposed issuance of the Private Colleges and Universities Authority’s Revenue Bonds (“Bonds”) and Tax-Exempt Commercial Paper Notes (“Notes”) for the benefit of Emory University, including the consideration of an Inducement Resolution and a Bond Resolution relating to the Bonds and the consideration of an Inducement Resolution and a Note Resolution relating to the Notes, and consideration of related documents; (ii) approval of the Minutes from the October 8, 2024 meeting of the Authority; (iii) the treasurer’s report, including the 2024 Audit report and presentation, and (iv) other business of the Authority.
