At this meeting, the Authority will consider the following: (i) an application, inducement resolution, and bond resolution, among other documents, related to the proposed issuance of the Private Colleges and Universities Authority Revenue Bonds (Mercer University Project), Series 2021; (ii) the Treasurer’s Report of the Authority; (iii) approval of the Minutes from the April 14, 2021 meeting of the Authority; and (iv) other business of the Authority.
